What is Service Blueprinting?


Service blueprinting is a powerful tool for visualising and organising the processes and systems behind your service. It helps you understand and map out the entire journey of a service, including user interactions, visible and invisible service components, and the detailed processes that tie them all together. This exposes gaps, bottlenecks, double ups and opportunities for improvement.

Workshop details


WHY

Are you struggling to simplify and communicate how your service delivery works? Are you looking for a creative way to tap into your team’s collective experience and intelligence to improve your service delivery? Then a Service Blueprint workshop is for you!

WHAT

The workshop will clarify your service delivery workflows and stimulate innovative ideas.

We follow up with a Service Blueprint map that captures these workflows and insights - you can share this map with others to communicate what you do.

WHERE

We can facilitate the workshop in person in Wellington or Auckland, or online wherever you are. The workshops are half-day or full-day.

WHO

We’d love you to invite relevant senior leaders and some members of the delivery team to attend. Ideally there are up to 12 participants.

HOW MUCH

The workshop is priced from $5,000 based on time/complexity.
